MattCutts did a recent video suggesting that Google automatically canonicalizes these URLs in "the vast majority of cases" (4) Secure (https) Pages. However a page is navigated to, it should only have one URL for SEO purposes. Log in. Sign up. Feedback.
Some other thoughts: - bold or strong doesnt matter ( according to MattCutts ) - I would add some more mod-rewrites to show how to redirect "/index.php?site=something" As with Safari, similar rendering issues exist when viewing the page with Firefox.
